This is more of an industry standard speed, most people with a DSL or Cable connection can use this link.

This is our highest quality for Standard DVD material. You will need a high speed connection to use this link.

HD is a High Definition (6000k) stream.
This is our highest quality available we only use this for HD quality material. This is the best of the best. You will need an extremely high speed connection to use this link.
